For ten years we had nothing but problems with our alarm company (not named, but well known) in respect of sales, installation and service at our Grade 2 office and our large private property having paid a considerable amount of money to the company on their advice.
Fire and Security being a requirement in both properties meant that we had to maintain an up to date system, the only satisfaction we had was when it was not in use, in fact at home it was better not activated and take the risk.

When we Let our office for Pre School use 18 months ago, we felt it was time to change the system and company, and we are so glad that we did following a recommendation to consider ADB Alarms. They understood completely what our needs were following our meeting and inspection of the property, and being a listed building, complete care was taken with the internal structure and expensive décor, no hassle, they just gave us complete confidence and on completion the system was explained clearly. 

This gave us the incentive to have our own property re installed by ADB Alarms, again the same care and attention was applied to the expensive décor and the installation was carried out within the time scale and fully operational.

Since both installations we have had no problems and we are now comfortable to set the alarm with peace of mind. I would have no hesitation to recommending ADB to other businesses or private house owners based on my experience.
